E-TERRA Accreditation Standards

An individual educator offering courses, lectures, practices, or consultations in accordance with E-TERRA's professional and ethical standards.

AP

Accredited Program

A structured, original or methodological educational program with a coherent curriculum.

AI

Accredited Institution

A school or educational project operating in the field of applied spiritual knowledge or astrology that aligns with E-TERRA’s ethical and academic standards.



2. Instructor Requirements (CI)
2.1. Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching or practical work.
  • Specialized focus (e.g. astrology, parapsychology, esoteric studies).
  • Certificates or documented work samples.

2.2. Methodology:
  • Developed course outline or topic cycle.
  • Clear logical structure in content delivery.
  • Original material is allowed, if coherently presented.

2.3. Ethical Alignment:
  • Acceptance of the E-TERRA Code of Ethics.
  • No manipulative or toxic rhetoric.
  • Accountability for the influence exerted on students or clients.


3. Program Requirements (AP)

3.1. Structure:
  • Duration: minimum of 6 months or 80 academic hours.
  • Clearly stated syllabus, topics, objectives, and evaluation forms.
  • Description of learning formats: lectures, exercises, assignments, etc.

3.2. Presentation:
  • Aesthetic and professional formatting.
  • Stylistic accuracy and grammatical correctness.
  • Respectful tone toward the subject and audience.


4. Institutional Requirements (AI)
  • At least one Certified Instructor (CI) within the organization.
  • A functional teaching environment (online or physical).
  • A minimum structured curriculum of 6 months or longer.
  • Public transparency and adherence to ethical norms.
  • A publicly available data privacy and protection policy.

5.Methodological Standards
  • Clear structure: purpose, topics, and delivery format.
  • Transparent content and expectations.
  • Flexible pacing with respect for student rhythm and autonomy.
  • Philosophical, analytical, or symbolic depth as foundation.

6.Ethical Standards
  • No coercion or manipulation of free will.
  • Responsibility in communication and representation.
  • Confidentiality and data protection.
  • Transparency in pricing and advertising.
  • Avoidance of public shaming, aggression, or harmful behavior.

7. Visual and Communication Guidelines
  • Use of the E-TERRA logo only with appropriate designation:
  • e.g. “Accredited by E-TERRA,” “Certified Instructor”.
  • Prior approval required for public use of logo or institutional name.
  • Visual communications should reflect professionalism and ethical sensitivity.

8. Review, Renewal, and Revocation
  • Accreditation is valid for 1 year.
  • Renewal is available upon review and approval.
  • E-TERRA reserves the right to suspend or revoke accreditation in cases of:
  • Ethical violations.
  • Public discrediting or commercial misuse.
  • Major discrepancies between submitted and actual practices.
  • Formal complaints from students or clients.
