E-TERRA Code of Ethics
E-TERRA Code of Ethics
Binding for all individuals and organizations accredited by the E-TERRA International Institute
1. Purpose

This Code of Ethics is mandatory for all persons and institutions accredited by the E-TERRA International Institute. Its purpose is to:
  • Ensure professional and spiritual integrity
  • Protect students and participants in the educational process
  • Preserve the reputation of the Institute and its wider community
  • Foster a culture of respect, sincerity, and accountability

2. Core Principles

All accredited parties must adhere to the following foundational principles:
2.1. Non-maleficence
No method, language, technique, or form of influence may cause psychological, emotional, spiritual, or social harm to students or participants.

2.2. Respect for Autonomy
Each person has the right to make independent choices, to decline or withdraw from educational processes without coercion or manipulation.

2.3. Honesty and Transparency
All information must be presented truthfully, without exaggeration, false authority, or deceptive language.

2.4. Responsibility for Influence
Educators must recognize the impact of their guidance and handle student trust with care.

2.5. Confidentiality
Any personal data, biographical information, or inner experiences disclosed during study must remain strictly confidential.

3. Professional Conduct

3.1. Status Representation
Claiming any title or status not formally granted by the Institute is prohibited.
Only the following designations may be used:
“Accredited by E-TERRA”, “Certified Instructor”, or their local-language equivalents.
Accredited persons are not considered staff or official representatives of the Institute unless explicitly appointed.

3.2. Commercial Transparency
All pricing, terms, conditions, and expected outcomes of services or courses must be clearly communicated.
Hidden charges, manipulative sales tactics, or upselling without consent are strictly prohibited.

3.3. Communication Standards
All communication must be respectful, courteous, and compassionate.
Insults, humiliation, sarcasm, or mockery — including in private messages — are strictly unacceptable.

4. Educational Standards

4.1. Presentation of Knowledge
Teaching must provide context and explain terminology.
Education is not a means of control, but a space for personal growth.

4.2. Respect for Differences
Participants may come from varied cultural, philosophical, or professional backgrounds.
Discrimination or the creation of exclusive “elite” circles is not tolerated.

4.3. Support for Transformation
Education at E-TERRA includes a space for personal development.
Educators are expected to responsibly refer students to psychologists or specialists when needed.

5. Visual and Symbolic Use

5.1. Use of Brand Elements
Use of the E-TERRA name or logo is permitted only with authorization or under active accreditation status.

5.2. Public Representation
The E-TERRA brand must not be used in political, aggressive, or fringe contexts.
Visual style should reflect depth, simplicity, and inner aesthetic harmony.

6. Violations and Sanctions

The Institute reserves the right to:
  • Issue a verbal or written warning.
  • Temporarily suspend accreditation.
  • Revoke accreditation without refund.
  • Remove individuals or entities from the registry, marked as “revoked,” in cases of serious violations.

7. Ethics Committee
The Institute may establish an internal Ethics Committee composed of 2–5 independent experts or senior students. The committee is authorized to:
  • Review submitted complaints.
  • Conduct internal ethical investigations.
  • Recommend appropriate sanctions or actions.

8. Final Provisions
By signing the Accreditation Agreement or checking the box in the application form, each instructor, guide, or organization:
  • Accepts this Code of Ethics as binding.
