1. PurposeThis Code of Ethics is mandatory for all persons and institutions accredited by the E-TERRA International Institute. Its purpose is to:- Ensure professional and spiritual integrity

- Foster a culture of respect, sincerity, and accountability
2. Core PrinciplesAll accredited parties must adhere to the following foundational principles:

Non-maleficenceNo method, language, technique, or form of influence may cause psychological, emotional, spiritual, or social harm to students or participants.2.2.
Respect for AutonomyEach person has the right to make independent choices, to decline or withdraw from educational processes without coercion or manipulation.2.3.
Honesty and TransparencyAll information must be presented truthfully, without exaggeration, false authority, or deceptive language.2.4.
Responsibility for InfluenceEducators must recognize the impact of their guidance and handle student trust with care.2.5.
ConfidentialityAny personal data, biographical information, or inner experiences disclosed during study must remain strictly confidential.3. Professional Conduct3.1.
Status RepresentationClaiming any title or status not formally granted by the Institute is prohibited. Only the following designations may be used:“Accredited by E-TERRA”,
“Certified Instructor”, or their local-language equivalents. Accredited persons are not considered staff or official representatives of the Institute unless explicitly appointed.3.2.
Commercial TransparencyAll pricing, terms, conditions, and expected outcomes of services or courses must be clearly communicated. Hidden charges, manipulative sales tactics, or upselling without consent are strictly prohibited.3.3.
Communication StandardsAll communication must be respectful, courteous, and compassionate. Insults, humiliation, sarcasm, or mockery — including in private messages — are strictly unacceptable.4. Educational Standards4.1.
Presentation of KnowledgeTeaching must provide context and explain terminology. Education is not a means of control, but a space for personal growth.4.2.
Respect for DifferencesParticipants may come from varied cultural, philosophical, or professional backgrounds. Discrimination or the creation of exclusive “elite” circles is not tolerated.4.3.
Support for TransformationEducation at E-TERRA includes a space for personal development. Educators are expected to responsibly refer students to psychologists or specialists when needed.5. Visual and Symbolic Use5.1.
Use of Brand ElementsUse of the E-TERRA name or logo is permitted only with authorization or under active accreditation status.5.2.
Public RepresentationThe E-TERRA brand must not be used in political, aggressive, or fringe contexts. Visual style should reflect depth, simplicity, and inner aesthetic harmony.6. Violations and SanctionsThe Institute reserves the right to:- Issue a verbal or written warning.
- Temporarily suspend accreditation.
- Revoke accreditation without refund.
- Remove individuals or entities from the registry, marked as “revoked,” in cases of serious violations.
7. Ethics CommitteeThe Institute may establish an internal Ethics Committee composed of 2–5 independent experts or senior students. The committee is authorized to:- Review submitted complaints.
- Conduct internal ethical investigations.
- Recommend appropriate sanctions or actions.
8. Final ProvisionsBy signing the Accreditation Agreement or checking the box in the application form, each instructor, guide, or organization:- Accepts this Code of Ethics as binding.
- Commits to acting in a spirit of openness, integrity, and service to knowledge.
